The Regina Reggae Festival 2026 runs on the energy, passion, and dedication of volunteers like you. Whether you're a seasoned festival-goer or this is your first time, there's a role for everyone.
Our volunteer crew is the backbone of the festival. From welcoming guests at the gate to keeping the grounds clean and helping performers get on stage, every role matters. You'll be part of a diverse, energetic team working together to create an unforgettable experience.
Festival dates: August 12–15, 2026 at Victoria Park, Regina, Saskatchewan. Setup begins Thursday morning, and teardown wraps up Sunday evening.
Anyone 16 years or older is welcome to apply. No prior festival or event experience is needed — we provide training for every role. If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to have a great time while making a difference, we want you on the team!

Please read the volunteer agreement below, confirm each checkbox, and provide your digital signature to complete your application.
I, the undersigned, hereby agree to volunteer my services to the Regina Reggae Festival Inc. ("the Festival") for the 2026 festival event. I understand that my services are provided on a purely voluntary basis, without expectation of compensation, employment, or contractor status. I agree to perform my assigned duties to the best of my ability and to follow all instructions from Festival staff, team leads, and security personnel.
I acknowledge that participation in the Festival as a volunteer involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical exertion, exposure to weather conditions, proximity to large crowds, loud music, and moving equipment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Regina Reggae Festival Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and fellow volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during my volunteer activities.
I agree to abide by the Festival's Code of Conduct, including but not limited to: treating all individuals with respect and dignity, refraining from discriminatory or harassing behaviour, abstaining from alcohol and drugs during my shifts, and representing the Festival in a positive and professional manner. I understand that violations of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from volunteer duties.
I grant the Regina Reggae Festival Inc. permission to photograph, film, and record my likeness and voice during the Festival. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, print materials, and press releases, without further consent or compensation.
I consent to the collection and use of my personal information as provided in this application for the purposes of volunteer coordination, scheduling, and communication related to the Festival. My information will not be shared with third parties except as required for Festival operations or by law.
I understand that my volunteer status may be terminated at any time by the Festival for any reason, including but not limited to violation of the Code of Conduct, failure to attend scheduled shifts without notice, or conduct deemed detrimental to the Festival. I may also withdraw from volunteering at any time by notifying my team lead or the volunteer coordinator.
